What's the difference between a patio cover and a pergola?
A pergola has an open slatted top that gives partial shade. A patio cover has a solid roof, so it blocks direct sun and keeps rain off the space underneath.
Can a patio cover attach to the house?
Often, yes. An attached cover ties into the house's wall and roofline, so how it connects depends on the existing roof height and structure. A freestanding cover works when attaching isn't practical.
Can you build the patio and the cover together?
Yes. We also do concrete and stone work, so a new patio and the cover over it can be planned and built as one project.
